| The University has developed a committee for the housing of the new students, chaired by the Director of Student Affairs and the members are as follows: the Receptionist, school bus drivers, students and the faculty. The housing committee has acquired information for more than sixty (60) houses/apartments which have met all the safety standards and these houses are reasonably priced. These apartments are fully furnished. The apartments are located within close proximity from the university. The apartments are built within the local community. Most of the apartments the landlord live in one part of the building and they rent the other part to the student. This is convenient and ensures the students' safety. The university has 3 bus drivers, 2 are directly hired by the University and the night bus driver works from time to time. Full time drivers pick up all the new students from the airport; drive them around to see the available apartments; bring students from their apartments to school and back. There is a night bus service too, to pick up the students, who study till late at night, from the University and take them safely to their apartments. |
